2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Rizzify AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information

5. Content and Conduct

Users are responsible for their own content and conduct while using our service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

7. Limitation of Liability

Rizzify AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
